What the Consultation Is For

Dedicated professional time to understand the immigration issue before deciding what comes next.

The consultation is intended to identify material immigration questions, discuss potentially relevant options and help you understand the next steps applicable to your circumstances.

01

Understand your circumstances

Discuss your immigration history, current status, objectives and the facts that may affect the analysis.

02

Identify relevant options

Explore potentially applicable immigration pathways or authorization requirements based on the information available.

03

Identify important issues

Previous refusals, timing concerns, eligibility questions or documentary issues can be identified early.

04

Ask focused questions

Use the consultation to obtain professional guidance on the immigration questions that matter most to your situation.

05

Understand next steps

Where further work may be appropriate, the consultation can help define what should happen after the initial assessment.

06

Separate advice from representation

Booking a consultation does not automatically create an ongoing representation mandate. Further services require a separate agreement.

Reserve Your Consultation

Select your consultation and complete payment securely.

Provide your contact information, select the consultation length and briefly explain the reason for the appointment. Include your preferred dates and times so we can coordinate the consultation. When describing your consultation request, please avoid entering sensitive personal information. If documents are needed, Escanto will explain how to submit them securely.

Before Your Consultation

A little preparation helps us use the consultation time effectively.

You do not need to prepare a complete immigration application before meeting with us. Focus instead on the facts and questions that are most important to your situation.

01

Identify your objective

Be ready to explain what you want to accomplish in Canada and the timing you have in mind.

02

Note your immigration history

Previous Canadian applications, refusals, permits or immigration status may be important.

03

List your questions

Prioritize the questions you want answered so the available consultation time is used efficiently.

04

Have key dates available

Permit expiry dates, travel dates, application deadlines and other timing information may affect the discussion.

05

Describe material complications

If there has been a refusal, status issue or other important immigration problem, mention it when describing the reason for the consultation.

06

Protect sensitive information

Do not enter passport or identity document numbers, financial details, or other sensitive personal information in the booking description. Escanto will advise you separately if supporting documents are required.

Consultation Scope

A consultation is an initial professional engagement.

The consultation does not automatically include application preparation, document review beyond the agreed scope, correspondence with immigration authorities or ongoing representation. Any further professional services require a separate agreement.
