Canadian provincial immigration programs, province by province.
Provincial pathways can differ materially in eligibility, selection method, occupation priorities, employer requirements and business criteria. Escanto maintains a current program registry so each province can be reviewed against the applicant's actual circumstances.
Provincial and Quebec immigration pathways
Quebec operates its own selection system and is presented separately from the Provincial Nominee Program framework.

A province can be attractive for many reasons, but immigration strategy should be based on the applicant's evidence and the selection mechanism actually in use.
Choose a province
Review where the applicant intends to live, work, study or operate a business and whether there is a genuine provincial connection.
Compare pathways
Read status and selection information together. Open intake does not necessarily mean direct access or an invitation.
Assess the profile
Use the Escanto assessment to compare job offer, work experience, language, education, Express Entry and business factors.
Business pathways are not equivalent across Canada.
Some provinces operate entrepreneur, farm, graduate-entrepreneur or corporate pathways; others have limited or closed business intake. Quebec also operates its own investor and entrepreneur programs. Each province page separates currently available pathways from programs that are paused, restricted or closed to new applicants.
Start with a structured assessment or discuss a specific case.
The assessment is designed for profile screening across provinces and federal pathways. A consultation is better when you already have a specific application, deadline, refusal, employer issue or program question.
