Already submitted an application to IRCC? You do not have to handle every remaining step on your own. Escanto can assess an existing file, address specific concerns and consider taking over representation where appropriate.

We can review the records and documents available, clarify the application history and identify issues that may require further examination. A review cannot guarantee that every problem will be detectable or correctable.
If you wish to appoint Escanto after filing independently or with another representative, we can assess whether accepting the ongoing mandate is appropriate. Representation requires the applicable consent, authorization and service agreement.
We can assess additional-document requests, requests for explanation and procedural fairness concerns, and assist with a response when the matter falls within our authorized scope. Deadlines and instructions must be reviewed promptly.
If information was omitted, a mistake was discovered or your family, employment or status changed, we can discuss the significance and available reporting or corrective options.
We can consider published processing information, the accessible application history and whether appropriate follow-up is available. Hiring a representative cannot guarantee faster processing.
If a decision has already been made, a separate refusal assessment can help identify options and deadlines. Some proceedings require a lawyer or another appropriately authorized professional.
IRCC generally allows an applicant to appoint, change or cancel an authorized representative after submission. The Use of a Representative form (IMM 5476) and applicable submission procedures may be required. A new appointment does not automatically transfer all previous records or online account access, and only one representative can be appointed for a given application at a time.
